FIT4BABY® is a prenatal exercise program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. You'll get cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility, and core exercises that accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting of FIT4MOM's motherhood sisterhood.

Are you ready to THRIVE in ‘25? Body Well offers a transformative 8-week program designed exclusively for busy moms who want to prioritize their health and well-being. With two 60-minute, mom-only workouts each week, you’ll experience a challenging yet empowering blend of cardio, strength, core training, and meditation that will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for the demands of motherhood. Paired with weekly one-on-one check-ins, personal goal setting, and built-in accountability, this program is your chance to set and crush your physical and nutritional goals while building strength, confidence, and energy to thrive in every aspect of life.

Join our stroller-friendly group runs, where moms of all fitness levels are welcome—whether you're a seasoned runner or just getting started, there's a place for you here! Enjoy the fresh air, make new friends, and get moving with us as we gear up for the 8-week training session leading to the J&A Racing Yuengling Shamrock Marathon Weekend, happening in Virginia Beach from March 14-16, 2025.
