FIT4MOM Southwest Chesapeake is partnering with The Shared Motherhood to offer a FREE 30-minute Stroller Strides class followed by a fun playgroup for the little ones. This is the perfect opportunity to meet other local moms, get in a great workout with your child by your side, and learn more about both FIT4MOM and The Shared Motherhood.
