As moms, life can feel busy and full, and sometimes the best thing we can do is get outside, move our bodies, and spend time with other moms who get it. Whether you're a current FIT4MOM member, new to our village, pregnant, postpartum, or a seasoned mom, you are invited to join us!

We'll start the morning with a refreshing beverage for you to enjoy during our walk, then head out together for a relaxed, stroller-friendly walk around the park. There’s no pressure, no pace to keep up with—just an opportunity to connect, chat, and enjoy some time outdoors with your little ones and other local moms.

We are so excited to celebrate a very special milestone for our little ones heading off to kindergarten this fall! 🎓💙

We will be celebrating all of our soon-to-be kindergarteners after class on Thursday, August 20th at 10:00 AM. This is such a big moment, and we can’t wait to honor them with lots of fun, excitement, and love from our FIT4MOM village!
