We’re squeezing in some creative fun with our DIY Lemonade Bags & Boats playgroup—perfect for a sunny summer morning with your little ones! 🍉 August 18: Watermelon Barre! 🍉

One of our favorite themed classes is back! Join us for Watermelon Barre and get ready for a fun, challenging workout with a twist. Bring your own watermelon to use as your "weight" throughout class! Don't worry it doesn't have to be huge. Any size watermelon will work, so grab one and come ready to laugh, sweat, and make some unforgettable memories!

FREE Stroller Strides + Playgroup with The Shared Motherhood

Join us on Wednesday, August 19th at 9:00 AM at Chesapeake City Park for a special morning of movement, connection, and community!

FIT4MOM Southwest Chesapeake is partnering with The Shared Motherhood to offer a FREE 30-minute Stroller Strides class followed by a fun playgroup for the little ones. This is the perfect opportunity to meet other local moms, get in a great workout with your child by your side, and learn more about both FIT4MOM and The Shared Motherhood.

We will be celebrating all of our soon-to-be kindergarteners after class on Friday, August 21st at 10:00 AM. This is such a big moment, and we can’t wait to honor them with lots of fun, excitement, and love from our FIT4MOM village!

Take a break, grab a glass of wine (or your favorite beverage!), and join us for our monthly LIT4MOM Book Club at WineStyles! This month's read is Lady Tan's Circle of Women by Lisa See, and we can't wait to dive into a great discussion together.
