We’ll meet on the Kids Cove side by the bathrooms at Mount Trashmore Park for a relaxed and refreshing morning walk together. Grab your coffee, bring your stroller and littles, and come enjoy some casual movement and connection with other moms.

This is your time to get outside, chat, and soak up some fresh air while we stroll at an easy, welcoming pace. No pressure, just good company and a little feel-good movement.
