Stroller Strides® Certified Instructor

I am a military wife and a mom to my 2 year old son, Colin. We are originally from South Florida and have two Golden Retrievers, Bella and George. We are huge Florida State Seminoles fans. Go Noles! In our free time, we enjoy making memories as a family and spending time with our friends, especially at a brewery. We also love a good game night.

A couple of months after my son was born, I left my job in Accounting to be a stay at home mom, we moved from Charleston, SC to Virginia and my husband started going out to sea a week or two every month. All of these things happened at the same time and I found myself in a house full of boxes, alone with a newborn. I decided to try out my first Stroller Strides class and immediately fell in love. I knew this was exactly the momma village and support I needed, and I was getting in an awesome workout without having to leave my son. He and I have both made amazing friendships that I am so grateful for. I love the Fit4Mom community so much and knew I wanted to get more involved. I am so excited to begin my journey as a Stroller Strides instructor and help other Moms like me find their village!
