Hi! My name is Leah Sullivan and I’m so excited to join the FIT4MOM team in Southwest Chesapeake as a Stroller Strides instructor! I am a former elementary school teacher and current full time mom to an amazing two year old boy and have a baby girl on the way! I love exploring new places, cooking, reading, and spending time outside with my husband, son and our two dogs.

I started attending FIT4MOM classes in Knoxville, TN a few months after my son was born. Being a part of an active village of other mamas made such a positive impact on my mental and physical health! Our family moved to Florida last year and I joined the FIT4MOM village there and started teaching Stroller Strides classes soon after. When I found out we were unexpectedly moving to Virginia a couple months ago, I immediately started looking for a FIT4MOM village! I’m so happy to be a part of this group and continue to get to know you and your kiddos!
